You don’t have time?

You wake up to an alarm everyday, roll out of bed and rush your way out the door to the office, kids need to eat, get dressed, it’s a tornado morning, you finally get settled at work 9am feels like 1pm. You grab lunch at your usual take out place along with coffee #3 add sugar and hope that will give you the boost to get thru the afternoon. 4:30pm hits and you race around praying you don’t hit traffic to pick everyone up, grab dinner on your way home and keep the night routine on track. Kids are in bed and you are preparing for tomorrow, exhausted, ready for bed yourself. Before you go to bed you put a show on to “unwind” and stay up later than you probably should. Groundhog day.... tomorrow is the same.

Are you genuinely happy with where you are at in this moment? Health, energy, mood, physical body... are you happy?

We have the power to re create ourselves and truly live in our happiest place long term. It isn’t easy and it will take commitment to change for your best self but with small positive steps each day you can create the time for movement to allow your mind and body the energy that will help shape your lifestyle choices into ones that align with feeling better every single day. It’s time to tell yourself you have the time and make this new path for your lasting energy and positive healthy life. You deserve to feel well every single day. XO
