Research has proven that regular, consistent exercise has been directly linked to decreasing overall levels of tension, elevating and stabilizing mood, improving sleep, and improving self-esteem. After 5 minutes of strength training you can begin to stimulate anti-anxiety effects, amazing!

So why are we holding back? The reality is you need to consistently strength train not just for vanity but for your sanity. The release of endorphins can truly be euphoric. You can walk into your session feeling low & unmotivated, but trust me when you finish your workout you will have a whole new perspective. The way you manage your stress day to day will drastically shift as you become a lifestyle client. Our lives are busy, as women we have a lot on our plates and it’s NOT easy. What you will get from consistent training is mental, emotional and physical release and strengthening. We all deserve to feel the benefits of blood flow and mental release. If you are reading this and know you need to make some positive changes to your mind, body and soul, now is the time. Make the time in your weeks to allow yourself the gift of exercise for your mental well being, and of course your physical health. Your mind needs the love and care just like your body. In today’s society we are all trying to do our best and be our best. Adding consistent movement will help your mind to be its best version; mindset is everything. Mental health is wealth.
