As the holidays are now here it’s important to take care of yourself. Drinking water is a great way to help stay on track. Here are 4 simple ways to add water to your day. 





Start each morning with a glass of room temperature water this helps kickstart the body and flush those toxins away. 


Have a glass of water before each meal this helps you from over eating. 


While enjoying those holiday alcohol beverages stop and have a glass of water along the way this helps the body flush the alcohol so you’re not feeling tired in the morning. 


If you’re not a fan of water or prefer pop, why not try sparkling water or invest in a soda stream. You can also add some flavour by squeezing in some fresh lime or lemon juice.
