5 Minute Meals

Struggling in the kitchen to find or whip up healthier and nutritious meal alternatives? I personally, am not a fan of meal prepping to keep myself on track. Why? Because I don’t enjoy eating the same meals 5 days in a row. Some people like, and enjoy it to keep themselves accountable and on track. Most of my meals are super straight forward and take under 5 minutes for preparation. Once you get the hang of cooking in a short period of time you will be able to get more creative with your meals, and not get bored! Many people give up because they get bored of eating the same thing repetitively. Make sure to make your meals colourful! Switch them up and experiment to find easy meals you enjoy making and eating. 1/4 cup steal cut oats

Hand full of berries 

Half a banana 

3 scoops of plain Greek yogurt

Small spoon of honey

Sprinkle of flax

A teaspoon of natural peanut butter or almond butter 




1/4 cup or less Quinoa 

Chopped cucumbers 





Cashews or almonds 

Sprinkle of feta or goat cheese

Coconut oil 

Balsamic vinegar 

Add your choice of protein: chicken, turkey, lean ground beef, salmon, tuna, tofu, falafel 




Hand full of spinach




Sweet potato

Sliced apple

Pumpkin seeds 

Blue cheese or feta or goat cheese

Sprinkle ground turmeric 

Balsamic vinegar 

Add protein your choice of choice: chicken turkey, lean ground beef, salmon, tuna, tofu, falafel
